How long will it take to ship my very own custom built trumpet?
- Delivery dates are calculated automatically based on the amount of customization required. Before you confirm to "Process Order" a complete list of the options you selected will be given along with the delivery time expected. While delivery times do vary, they are generally within 4 to 6 weeks.
Will I receive notification once my custom built trumpet has shipped?
- You will receive an e-mail notification letting you know the instrument has shipped along with the delivery tracking information. From that point forward you can track your shipment by visiting www.ups.com.

How do I cancel my order?

What are the shipping costs for my custom built trumpet?
- You will be charged a flat rate of $19.95 for shipping and handling regardless of your destination. We only ship to the United States. To place an order outside the United States, please contact your local Bach authorized dealer or distributor.
Will I need to be present for delivery of my custom built trumpet?
- We require a signature on delivery of your shipment. This requires that someone be present at the time of delivery.
Do you charge sales tax?
- If you reside in the states of Arizona, California, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, Texas, Virginia, and Washington, you will be charged applicable state sales tax on your purchase.
What do I do if I want to return my custom built trumpet?
- Purchases through buildabach.com are custom built instruments and are not returnable. Before your order is submitted, you will be asked to confirm that you understand the terms of this purchase. Please note carefully any custom engraving to ensure that the spelling is correct before submitting your order.
